The program offers a sensory journey that takes guests through breathtaking landscapes, nature trails, and unique views of the island, through guided excursions through pine forests, vineyards, and volcanic coastlines. Each day is designed to awaken the senses: from yoga and Pilates at dawn, immersed in the quiet of the beach or the scent of the pine forest, to moments of relaxation at sunset, when the colors of the sky blend with the sea.

The experience is enriched by the discovery of local gastronomic traditions, through tastings and encounters with the authentic flavors of the area, highlighting typical products and recipes passed down through time. There's no shortage of wellness activities, including spa treatments, regenerating treatments, and holistic experiences designed to restore balance and harmony.

Day 1 – Welcome & Connection

Arrival and hotel check-in.

In the afternoon, a moment of relaxation with access to the spa and pools.

At sunset:

• Gentle regenerative yoga session in the pine forest
• Welcome ceremony and program presentation

• Introductory tasting of Ischian cuisine with local products

Day 2 – Nature & Awakening the Senses

At sunrise:

• Yoga or Pilates on the beach (breathing and mobility)
Morning:

• Guided hike on Mount Epomeo
(scenic trails, Mediterranean scrub, views of the island)

• Light lunch with typical products

Afternoon:
